Comments: For this double page ad which was shot in the studio against a painted backdrop we actually picked a model with great looking hands. But then we washed his hands with motor oil, rubbed them with dirt from the corner of the parking garage, and used pencil lead on his fingernails, to get the effect that I needed. Who said modeling was glamourous, and who is this guy anyway?
