Although the subjects vary greatly these images illustrate how composition, lighting, and a little photoshop can change a relatively simple subject into an artistic expression. My idea of how the final image will look is usually very specific. At this point I can use my camera as a data gathering device, then use the computer to manipulate the subject to match my pre-visualized concept.
